The seven selected students stick with each other as a cohort as they go through college and as they, during their senior year, participate in weekly training covering race, time management and other topics to prepare them for the transition to college.

Other Criteria

Applicants must: - be willing to step outside their comfort zones to foster intercultural relationships in their community - live in Indianapolis - graduate from high school in 2019 - have graduated previously in 2018 or 2017 and currently not enrolled at a 4-year college?
