The LasikPlus “My Vision” Essay Scholarship Contest (the “Essay Scholarship Contest”) is designed to offer scholarship opportunities to recognize outstanding college students who serve their communities and to help them reach their academic goals.
Entrants must submit their essay electronically by sending it, via email, to scholarship@lasikplus.com. The essay should be 500-700 words in length. To be eligible for consideration, each entry must include the essay, the entrant’s contact information (including, at a minimum, the entrants contact information, including the entrants full name, the name of the University of College of enrollment, current major, email address and phone number where the entrant can be contacted.
