Scholarship Description
Award amount: $3000 to first place, $1000 to second place, $500 to third place
Application deadline date: May 4th, 2016

Description: Complete an essay of 500 words or less that answers the questions: "What does self-responsibility mean to you? How does living self-responsibly affect your life? How does avoiding self-responsibility affect your life?" Applications will no longer be accepted after May 4th, 2016. Once the contest is closed, all essays will be reviewed. The winners of each award will be notified by email on or before May 8th, 2016.
Applicable majors: All
Applicant must be: Current US citizen, high school senior, enrolled in an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university for Winter or Spring term 2016, and have a most recent GPA of 2.0 or higher.
