GSPA scholarships are for Ph.D. Program of Development Administration granted to foreign students, financial support needed to promote international understanding and scholarly fraternity.
Foreign applicants must currently work and reside outside of Thailand. A qualified candidate must have GPAs of at least 3.0 (undergraduate) and at least 3.50 (master’s) (out of 4).
