Description

This award is named in honor of the great trans-Atlantic journalist and commentator, Alistair Cooke (1908-2004), and is given to one student each year seeking a Master's in Journalism or in a specialist subject leading to a career in Journalism (eg Area Studies) at any accredited UK university. There is the possibility of an internship with the BBC for successful candidates.

Other Criteria

* UK citizen* (resident anywhere except the United States), and * hold or expect to obtain a minimum 2:1 honors undergraduate degree or the equivalent prior to your anticipated enrollment with a US university.
