No Application Deadlines for Student Loans

If you're approaching the end of your course, or just going through your budget for the rest of the academic year and find that you’re in need of some additional financing to get you through, remember: There are no application deadlines for private international student loans!

If you are eligible it can take up to 6 weeks to be approved, so don’t leave it until it's too late!

Two More Great Scholarship Opportunities

Use your spring break to win a scholarship! Explore our scholarship search tool and apply for great awards like the MPOWER Financing's Global Citizen or Women in STEM scholarships.

The Global Citizen Scholarship (up to $5000) has been designed to be as broad as possible to match the broad, diverse experiences of international students. Students majoring in any field at a qualifying school in the U.S. or Canada may apply.

The Women in STEM Scholarship aims to support female STEM students at qualifying schools in the U.S. and Canada. In the words of MPOWER's CEO Manu Smadja, "It's critical for us as a society to have a meaningful representation of women shaping the science and technology of tomorrow." Applicants will be required to apply with supporting essays.

Loans for International Students in Canada

One of our most frequently asked questions is this:

"I'm an international student in Canada - am I eligible to apply for a loan?"

That's no surprise because over half a million international students study in Canada each and every year. And if you're enrolled at one of the growing number of eligible schools and meet the lender's criteria the answer is YES - you are eligible to apply for a loan!
